Barbara C. Wallace, PhD is a New York State licensed psychologist, tenured full professor of health education, and director of the Programs in Health Education and Community Health Education in the Department of Health and Behavior Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University. Within the college she is also co-director of the Center for Health Equity and Urban Science Education, and director of Health Equity. Dr. Wallace is the founding director of the Research Group on Disparities in Health, through which she conducts research with her doctoral students.
