Marni Wasserman (Toronto, ON), is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, the Natural Gourmet Culinary Institution in New York, and a certified Nutritional Practitioner and Chef. She focuses her work on whole foods and provides individuals with a balanced lifestyle centered on natural, plant-based foods. She uses her passion and experience to educate individuals on how everyday eating can be both simple and nutritious. Wasserman is the founder of "Delicious Knowledge," where she teaches regularly scheduled cooking classes and is a regular contributor to Chatelaine magazine, Bamboo magazine, and Tonic Toronto.
