作者簡介
Donald Nicolson is Professor in Law at the University of Strathclyde. His current research interests are in the areas of evidence and lawyers' ethics, with particular reference to moral development. He is on the editorial board of Legal Ethics, a trustee of the recently established LawWorks Scotland established to promote voluntary legal work and a member of Law Society of Scotland's Access to Justice Committee, and was awarded an OBE for services to the legal profession in 2011.
