作者簡介
Wilma Van Grinsven-Padberg studied at O.N.A.O.O (Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori Olio di Oliva) in Italy and the ICC (International Culinary Center) in New York. She is a certified olive oil sommelier and travels around the world to taste, judge and give masterclasses to professional chefs. She is also the head buyer for the international chain of stores, Oil & Vinegar.
