Lucy Ashford has returned home from university to her parents'' house with a broken heart, but her life is turned around by the unexpected arrival of her childhood friend Cassie Clarke. Cassie, now a TV star, whisks Lucy away to London and helps her find a job in a prestigious theatrical agency.
