'This is a fantastic start to a series of "how to" books. Its a book about learning how to channel emotions through martial arts technique. Book one's topic is how to channel anger in a positive way. My boys really enjoyed this and got really excited when they recgnised the move little Sammy was taught to help with his anger. As their older sister is learning Karate.
