"Sow the right Seed: A Parent's perspective" is a guide to Christian parenting influenced by the authors own upbringing and parenting styles. It elucidates the important role of parents in nurturing the Christian faith of their children, who are beautiful gifts from God. The author recalled the early seeds of faith, prayer, love, and compassion that her own parents planted in her that saw her family through different trial times. She elaborated on the need to transfer the same seeds to her own children, so they are more confident and courageous to stand firm even in the midst of trials. The author stressed the importance of putting on the Armor of God as our everyday garment(based on Ephesians 6) to be able to fight off the evil one and his burning arrows, and still hold our ground. Ngozi Nkiruka Ibe is a wife, and mother of three beautiful children. She was born in the United States and had the privilege of growing up in Nigeria, West Africa. She attended Universities both in Nigeria and in the United States of America. She is a Respiratory therapist by profession, an Adjunct Professor at the University of the District of Columbia and also volunteers for the Catholic charities packaging food for the homeless shelters as well as the re-entry mentorship program in the Archdiocese of Washington, DC.
