You'll learn the SOAP method for studying scripture, which simplifies storing God's Word in your mind and heart as you go about your busy days and life. At the end of each month, you're invited to complete a brief reflection so you can make note of what God is teaching you along your journey. REST is also designed to be easily walked through with friends (monthly or weekly). Whether you need to explore this alone or with friends, REST is a gift waiting for you to begin.
