The monograph examines the framework for assessing the activities of law enforcement agencies as subjects ensuring the financial and economic security of Ukraine under administrative law. Particular attention is paid to defining the concept, purpose, objectives of assessing the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies as subjects ensuring financial and economic security of Ukraine, the characteristics of administrative and legal forms of assessing the effectiveness of these law enforcement agencies. Based on the analysis of legal acts of Ukraine and the study of foreign experience in assessing the activities of law enforcement agencies, proposals have been formulated to improve the administrative and legal regulation of assessing the activities of law enforcement agencies as subjects ensuring financial and economic security of Ukraine.For scientists, teachers, graduate students, doctoral students, cadets and law students of higher education and all those who are interested in assessing the activities of law enforcement agencies.
