Practical Pastoral Manual

It is best to use this book as a reference for your pastoral ministry needs. It handles the 'how to' questions of pastoring. The first ten chapters are about growing your church and ministering to others. The next six chapters are about conducting certain ceremonies or sacraments. The next four chapters deal with the administrative aspects of church leadership. The final two chapter includes laying on of hands and suggestions for the pastor. Go to the chapter you need when you are dealing with any of these areas.

This manual includes summarized teachings and guidelines from the Harvest Army International Seminary for new pastors and leaders of churches. This is not an exhaustive minister's manual, but focuses on areas needed for new pastors and ministry leaders to lead a church and conduct pastoral ministry. This is the second version. Regular updates and subsequent versions may be released.
