An Evaluation of Outsourcing and Its Impact on Construction Project Performance in Ondo State, Nigeria

The book has to do with impact of outsourcing on construction project. When the organisation involve in outsourcing, it helps to use what the organisation is lacking to restructure the organisation, thereby increasing their productivity in term of quality, cost and time. This has clearly shown in the conclusion that any organisation that involve in outsourcing in Nigeria have priority over their counterpart who do not involve in outsourcing. And that is why the expertrate contractors have been given preference over the indigenous contractors because expertrate contractors are vast in outsourcing strategies.
