I have never seen anyone who desires to be poor and I don't think there is ever anyone who doesn't want to be rich. No matter the stage that you are in your journey in life, you certainly want to be better. Truly, the issue of wealth and prosperity must be settled in your mind. Those who are physically rich have been first rich in their minds, which is to say that the quality of the mind is very important, and they have imbibed some characters that have distinguished them from others.

In this book, Richer with Character, which is his first, Victor Alade wrote about these distinguishing characters in a practicable way. He tells readers that being poor has nothing to do with their background. He tells us personal examples of steps he and others have taken to emerge from very dark background to become successful.
