Forget trying to learn everything about cancer caregiving yourself - there is no need to blunder and
make mistakes, especially in a time like this."Your wife has cancer." How do you prepare for such devastating news?
When James first learned of his wife's diagnosis, he was anything but prepared.
How would he cope mentally? How would he juggle work, life and make sure his wife is
comforted and comfortable? James wished he had a guide or handbook that could ease
his uncertainties and anxieties.
And now he and others facing the same challenges do.
So Your Wife Has Cancer is a step-by-step guidebook and the blueprint to becoming a
champion carer and husband.
Thanks to his own experience, James frankly addresses topics such as:
- Making every possible mistake to becoming what his wife called her perfect carer and husband
- Why caring for yourself is necessary even if it seems selfish, and how to do so
- How to communicate with your wife in all situations; as well as children
- How to best communicate with medical professionals, your boss, team members and your supporters
- Building checklists, flowcharts, and trackers for every stage of the journey
Whether you are struggling with your own coping, trying to juggle work, looking after children, have no
idea about cancer terminology, or just want to know how to manage a whole new relationship dynamic
with your wife;
