While working from home and feeling isolated during the pandemic, I wrote hundreds of inspirational and motivational notes to keep myself going. To get through each day, I pulled out my colorful sticky notes and jotted messages to myself. Little by little, this ritual positively changed my mindset and gave me hope.

By the end of 2021, I had piles of notes and decided to launch @notes_ _to_ _self_ _ on Instagram. All I wanted was to share the positive vibes with anyone who would stumble on my page and inspire them one note at a time. If I could help just one person, I'd know my passion project would be worth it.
