Nowadays, in a world of competition, where the one who best adapts to the changes of his environment survives, this is what a professional graduated from a university or high school faces, the competitive market demands to be in constant training which implies that everyone has to be constantly studying, has to be updated in the course of time, facing this we have the question: how to learn to learn individually, making use of the resources and strategies that one has.
