Residual pesticides' impact on rat hepatocytes

The book provides information on the accumulation of pesticides haloxyfop-R-methyl and indoxacarb in the form of residues in the liver tissues of rats, their effect on mitochondrial dysfunction and correction with the help of flavonoids sophoroflavonoside and narcissin, depending on the dynamics of 10, 20, 30 and 40 days. As a result, the residual amounts of the pesticides haloxyfop-R-methyl and indoxacarb in the liver tissue of rats were determined depending on the dynamics; the antiradical activity of the flavonoids SFL and narcissin was determined in vitro and their antioxidant properties during intoxication with the pesticides haloxyfop-R-methyl and indoxacarb; the effective influence of flavonoids SPL and narcissin on the activity of mPTP and mitoKATP channels under conditions of intoxication with the pesticides haloxyfop-R-methyl and indoxacarb was established, depending on the dynamics; Changes in the passive ionic permeability of rat liver mitochondria and restoration of the OF process by the flavonoids SPL and narcissin were revealed under conditions of intoxication with the pesticides haloxyfop-R-methyl and indoxacarb, depending on the dynamics.
