While nobody knows what "Amrit Kaal" stands for, the vision, goals and roadmaps for "Viksit Bharat @2047" are likely to be spelt out in the first 100 days after the new government takes charge, assuming as does the Modi government that its mandate would be renewed for a straight third term.
