In the face of escalating climate change and the urgent need for sustainable energy solutions, the integration of renewable energy sources into existing power grids has emerged as both a critical challenge and a trans-formative opportunity. PSCAD/EMTDC is used to create and simulate a low voltage distribution network and a medium voltage IEEE 9 BUS power network with and without renewable energy sources like wind and PV energy sources.As we embark on the journey toward a sustainable energy future, it is imperative that we equip ourselves with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of renewable energy integration and grid protection.
