Lo que s?encontrar嫳 en 幨 son recetas que te alimenten el est鏔ago y el alma, recetas que me definen como cocinera y como persona, recetas con historia, recetas que hablan de m? reflexiones y recomendaciones con las que acercarte a mi cocina, a la cocina hecha con amor, donde el tiempo y el cuidado de cada ingrediente y proceso tienen un sentido.
Y para m?ese sentido viene de d鏮de invierto mi tiempo, d鏮de lo empleo, siendo el tiempo lo m嫳 valioso que tengo en mi vida. No se me ocurre mejor manera de destinarlo que cocinando, ya sea para cuidarme o para compartirlo con la gente que quiero.

In this book you won't find "simple, easy, quick recipes, with less than three ingredients" (although there might be one like that) because that is not our goal. Neither will you find recipes to muddle through this hectic world, where there is no time for anything. There are plenty of books like that.
What you will find are recipes that nurture your stomach and your soul, recipes that define me as a cook and as a person, recipes with history, recipes that say something about me, reflections, and recommendations to approach my cooking, a cuisine crafted out of love, where the time and care you put into each ingredient and process has meaning.
And to me, this meaning comes from where I invest my time, where I put it to work, since time is the most valuable thing I have. I cannot think of a better way to spend my time than cooking, whether it is to take care of me or to share it with the people I love.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I have while taking my time to "cook it" for you.
