The wolf shifters are cursed with a broken mating bond. For years, no one has felt the bond that has helped us find our mates for centuries. And now we're left mateless.

Every month, the wolves gather to try to find their mates through an offering. Females from each pack are offered to the alphas in hopes that a mate is found and the curse is broken. If an alpha feels the tug of the mating bond, then they mark her as their mate.
But if you are marked by an alpha who isn't your true mate...you die.
Suddenly, the prophecy's murky words don't hold much promise of me breaking the curse when death is on the line, and I have a new goal-survive.
