■ Tong Liu
Rev. Tong Liu is the Senior Pastor of River of Life Christian Church in Silicon Valley, a vibrant and global ministry with over 300 branch churches across more than 30 countries on six continents.
Born in Taiwan, Pastor Liu graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in Atmospheric Sciences and began his career at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Washington, D.C. In 1983, he responded to God’s call to full-time ministry and later earned a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary. He served for ten years as an assistant pastor in San Jose, California, before founding River of Life in 1995.
Pastor Liu is widely known for his insightful preaching, passionate worship leadership, and vision for global revival. He has also hosted Christian television programs that have inspired audiences throughout the Chinese-speaking world. He and his wife, Belinda, are proud parents of two daughters.
