Emma and her sister Cece were having fun playing when their mom reminded them it was time to clean up and get ready for bed. Emma, however, wasn't happy-she thought sleeping was boring and didn't want the night to end.
After being tucked in, she tried counting sheep and making up stories, but nothing helped her fall asleep. Frustrated, Emma wandered around the house, asking her mom, dad, and brother for ideas. They all gave her different suggestions, but nothing seemed to work. Even her puppy, who was already fast asleep, wasn't any help.
Finally, her mom suggested a simple idea: just close her eyes while lying in bed. Emma gave it a try, and to her surprise, she soon drifted off to sleep, dreaming of exciting and fun adventures.
