In the Kingdom of God, sonship has nothing to do with anatomy and everything to do with one's position in Christ. It is a holy term of endearment reserved for those filled with His Spirit and led by His Spirit. I am a daughter of God wrapped in the Son of God and, therefore, part of this sonship life. We sons and daughters of the Most High trust the Spirit of God to lead us according to Father God's will. Our love for God leads to surrender to God, and our surrender leads to unified impactfulness.
I acknowledge, dear brother, that I do not fully know or understand the battles you face as a man or the unique pressures of being a man of God, for that matter. So, you won't receive scolding or suggestions on how to live in your sanctified maleness from me. That's not my lane or my aim. I write as your sister in Christ, responding to the Holy Spirit's nudge to call you to rest in sonship as the Father prescribes. My words are not meant to be divisive or critical. We are in this together. We are one Body with many members, and my heart's desire is for you to know how thoroughly vital you are. The Father desires for you to understand that you are just as necessary as you are loved. He created you to be impactful, and the mastery of Kingdom impactfulness requires establishing a work/rest rhythm. Are you willing to go where the Spirit leads, even if He leads you to rest?
