Reginald Whittaker is an up and coming doctor in 1800's England who has grand plans for his future, that is till his long term lover, David, wins an auction for a piece of property in Wyoming. Dreaming of being a rancher, David heads to Wyoming, leaving Reginald behind to finish his schooling.
The story follows Reginald as he makes his way to Wyoming near Yellowstone to find the ranch. Along the way, (due to fan request) he meets Lucian Cross, as well as many others.
