商品簡介

Let's cut through the crap and get right to it. Life principles are simple; they are just not easy to live out.

This book helps readers recognize the internal mindsets holding them back, confront shallow patterns, and reset their thinking to align with biblical and practical wisdom and purposeful living.

I have always been fascinated by individuals who achieve their dreams and goals faster and more significantly than others. I'm intrigued by those who rise above adversity, contrasting sharply with those who seem trapped in a cycle of misery. What distinguishes someone who radiates joy in every circumstance from another who seems to drain the energy from a room?

So, what's the point of all this? I always knew that one day I would have a family of my own. Unfortunately, they would never know my dad or the invaluable lessons he imparted to me. Like my dad, I've been driven to share the wisdom I've gathered to ensure his legacy lives on through me, benefiting my family and others. I heard my dad say a thousand times, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." If his love and teachings show up in my footprints and are documented in this book to help family and others, his legacy will live beyond me. endure.

You are probably wondering why I chose the title "Reset Your Mindset." I spent most of my career in various sales roles in corporate America. Like any true salesman, I will start by asking a couple of qualifying questions to illustrate why this title is fitting and, more importantly, why you should continue reading.

Life's principles are simple; they just are not easy. Wouldn't it be remarkable if you were "aware" of the red flags that lead to mistakes and heartache sooner rather than later? Imagine being able to discern the warning signs or distractions that many people inevitably encounter. Wouldn't it be beneficial to know which people in your life to avoid and the ones in which to invest? Consider the simplicity of distinguishing truth from trend and the ability to navigate life's potholes more efficiently without colliding and causing harm to others.

The lessons I have learned from my dad and mentors have profound and practical applications. This book isn't solely about knowing what to do when you reach a crossroads. Sometimes, you must ask if you're in the right vehicle, on the correct road, and in the right state of mind. Making mistakes and learning from them is essential for progress and success. Learning from the mistakes of others is far less painful. In essence, this book will set you on the right path to living a rewarding and meaningful life. Your current station in life, your past, your level of education, and even the setbacks you've encountered do not have to be a hindrance. Your perspective, mindset, and journey toward behavioral change begin with your choices today. Remember, YOUR life is not a dress rehearsal. I challenge you to "reset" your mindset and recalibrate your internal compass to achieve your personal best in the only life you've been given.

So, will today be your "Day One" to a more significant life, or just another "One day..."
