Good Job: Designing Interviews and Interviewing in Design

Tell a friend that you're interviewing (either someone who is hiring or looking to get hired), you'll likely be met with a sympathetic look. It's hard out there. Beyond the time sunk in research, preparing, screening and searching, there's the emotional rollercoaster that people on both sides are experiencing. Do they like me? Is this a good fit? Are they talking to other people? Was that interview super awkward? Why am I like this? Why is this so awful?
