Manyminorities needed to be self-sufficient and self-motivated to persevere from adversity.When minority students graduate and obtain their ideal positions, minority professionalscontinuously experience racism. They felt they did the same line of work as their whitepeers and did not get the same credit as they did by not receiving promotions, bonuses, or raises.
