This is the simple truth.
Humanity God has never made or intended to make a kingship nor earth a human ruled kingdom. He in the beginning of man set earth to be a Dominion; neither a principality nor a kingdom. (Principality is a place ruled by a prince; a prince being the principal always end up being described as the principality in time.)
The former experience of setting a throne on earth ended up attempting to take heaven by a coup. The throne of earth was by principle lost to the King Of Peace, whom also is known as Melchisedek or The Son Of God. The Holy Bible says they defeated him; being Lucifer by the blood and they held not their life to the point of losing them. The most important thing here to understand is that the war did not begin in heaven but ended up manifesting in heaven. As means Lucifer came in to heaven pursuing or ensuing the woman who was supposed to give birth to his replacement. A thing that means he had won the war of the defense of sin on earth. And so felt he could push his boundaries in to the realm of heaven.
Isaiah 14:12-21 KJV How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet. Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned. Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.
The thing to pore at here is that indeed God had set a throne for Lucifer here on earth. But Lucifer said I will ascend in to heaven; meaning I will lift the earthly throne to occupy both heaven and earth at my will. He clearly says it and is responded at as follows; I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
