Choosing the optimal model of health care for developing countries

This book shows the analysis of the leading countries (Top 30) for implementation of principles of shared responsibility, co-payments and health insurance. Authors explain how effective programs of universal coverage and universal provision of health services quality are achieved in those cases. Based on own experience and on methodology developed in previous works, authors propose the optimal model of Public Health on example of Kazakhstan.
