Casper Gray is a self-effacing thirty-year-old living a comfortable life in the idyll of middle-class suburbia. He and his beautiful wife, Jane, have been married for seven years, and are trying to have a baby. They own a cute little dog, Wallace. Casper's respected in his job as a high school English teacher.
