When Harper inherits a haunted house with strings attached, she doesn't expect one of those strings to be a devastatingly attractive paranormal researcher determined to prove her ghosts are fake.

Harper Jones thought inheriting her aunt's Victorian mansion in Phantom Creek, Connecticut, would solve her problems. Instead, she gets: one matchmaking jazz-age ghost, a house that won't let her leave for five weeks, and Dr. Jack Crawford-a skeptical professor who thinks she's either delusional or running an elaborate con.
