ANALYSIS OF MODULES IN CNC SYSTEMS AND TESTING OF THE SoftPLC MODULE

The monograph considers the analysis of modules in the CNC system and the testing of the SoftPLC module. An analysis of modern logical control systems is provided, trends and development prospects in the implementation of logical control systems for technological equipment are identified, modern logical control systems offered by leading manufacturers are reviewed, and a systematization of analytical data on logical control systems is conducted. The results include: the development of specialized bench equipment for testing and debugging control programs for CNC machines. The author's goal was to reduce the time for testing and debugging control programs for CNC machines through the use of specialized bench equipment.The monograph is intended for researchers, technologists, master's students, and undergraduates involved in the development and efficiency improvement of automation systems for technological processes and production.
