商品簡介
This study analyzes the process of designing and managing socio-economic development projects, with a focus on the diocese of Kaya in Burkina Faso. The overall aim is to assess the way in which these projects are designed and managed, their impact on the community and their sustainability, in order to identify the levers and obstacles to their success. The methodology adopted is based on a quantitative survey of 54 respondents, supplemented by qualitative interviews with 72 pastoral agents. The results show that communities are only partially involved in project design. The results also showed that, while a relative majority of stakeholders are involved in the design phase, a significant proportion are still excluded, which limits local ownership and may compromise the relevance of the projects.
