You're performing strength while resentment simmers underneath. You've had the therapy, read the books, and still, you're waiting for permission to actually live. Your kids are watching you shrink.
Here's the truth every other divorce book won't tell you:
This terrible thing is your doorway. Stop waiting to walk through it. Written by the UK's first divorce doula,
She's Not Done Yet doesn't ask you to heal from divorce, it asks you to use it as your liberation. Through nine movements from stuck to sovereign, Farhana Hussain shows you the choice: stop making it about justice and choose joy. Stop performing an identity you've outgrown and remember who you actually are. Stop passing on what was passed to you.
This is fierce compassion and radical responsibility.
Divorce is not your downfall. It's your doorway to success. "When you work with Farhana, your healing is not a whisper, it's a declaration."- Amba Kahly Su, Tantrika Shaman
About the Author Farhana Hussain is the UK's first divorce doula and founder of
Farhana My Divorce Doula(TM), the architect of an entire sector in the divorce industry that's transforming how women experience divorce worldwide.
Born into a conservative Muslim Bangladeshi family, Farhana has spent her life breaking taboos, first by marrying outside her culture and religion, then by choosing divorce, and now by refusing to pass on what was passed to her. A former teacher and senior leader, she brings over a decade of educational experience to her work, understanding that transformation isn't just intellectual, it lives in the body, the breath, the beliefs.
Named Businesswoman of the Year Kent 2025, Farhana's work has been featured in global press and an Austrian documentary that aired worldwide. As a divorce doula, she works with women navigating not just the legal and emotional complexity of divorce, but the cultural and religious layers that make it exponentially harder, the weight of family expectations, community judgment, and generational shame. Having worked with hundreds of women, she integrates mind-body wisdom with radical responsibility and fierce compassion. She is also a sought-after speaker and facilitator of workshops and retreats, bringing this work to audiences worldwide.
A single mother to three amazing children, Farhana's lifetime work is the legacy she lives today, and the inheritance they will benefit from for generations to come. She is proud of her heritage and committed to rewriting what's possible for the women who come after her.
Farhana lives in Kent, England.
