The key word in this manual is "intentionality." Intentionality helps your church lean into its unique culture. The unique culture of every local church enriches the universal church. It allows you to reach the people around you, to remain authentic, and to use your congregation's diversity of natural and spiritual gifts. Your church is you, so ... be yourselves! Just make sure that what you do is biblical, well-thought-out, and constructive-in a word, intentional.
