本書從齊口裂腹魚產卵場微生境修復角度進行研究。創新之處主要體現在以下幾個方面。(1)提出了滿足齊口裂腹魚生存下泄生態基流量的方法。針對修復河段的齊口裂腹魚對河流水力參數的需求，從齊口裂腹魚的體態特徵出發，利用修正R2-Cross法對水力參數標準進行修正，最終確定薑射壩水電站下游修復河段齊口裂腹魚繁殖期間的生態需水量，為修復河段的數值模擬提供可靠的流量條件。(2)建立了產卵場微生境適宜面積、微生境相似度與丁壩佈置的響應關係。通過對概化河道修建單雙丁壩後水力生境的數值模擬，研究不同流量工況下阻水率作用域，分析產卵場微生境適宜面積和微生境相似度分別與丁壩阻水率、丁壩間距(雙丁壩)、流速、水深等參數的響應關係，從而為丁壩群在齊口裂腹魚產卵場的水力生境修復中的佈置找到了理論依據。(3)提出了修復齊口裂腹魚產卵場丁壩間距的佈置方法。為了在最佳經濟條件下達到最優的修復效果，必須對丁壩間距進行合理佈置，才能充分發揮丁壩水力學效應。本書通過不同流量下不同丁壩阻水率工況的研究，並結合齊口裂腹魚產卵期的適宜曲線，得出了齊口裂腹魚產卵場丁壩佈置的最佳間距函數。使丁壩間距研究成果可為修復齊口裂腹魚產卵場提供理論依據，為其他類似魚類棲息地水力生境修復提供借鑒。(4)建立了丁壩微生境評估經驗模型。對比與分析概化河道修復前後的齊口裂腹魚產卵場微生境適宜面積(suitable areas of the microhabitat，SAM)值，並從中揭示規律，即建立一個SAM與丁壩長度、河道寬度、流速、水深、丁壩間距，以及流量相關的模型，用以估算丁壩修復後微生境適宜面積。通過研究丁壩對齊口裂腹魚產卵場水力微生境的影響，利用Vague集對修復後的產卵場水深、流速、流速梯度、渦量等指標與天然產卵場相應指標進行計算，從而建立一個產卵場微生境相似度(SIM)與丁壩長度、河道寬度、流速、水深、丁壩間距以及流量相關的模型估算丁壩修復後微生境相似度。與此同時，構建了SAM及SIM修復度評估標準。為了驗證評估模型的正確性，將此模型應用于薑射壩水電站下游修復河段，對比修建丁壩前後的產卵場微生境適宜面積及相似度，然後修正所建的評估模型，使研究成果為類似魚類產卵場的水力生境修復提供參考。
