大腦新皮層是進化的終端產物，執行一系列高級神經功能，其感覺神經元展現出不同的生理功能特性並形成功能圖譜，這是大腦新皮層組織和功能的一個根本屬性。然而在不同物種中，大腦皮層功能圖譜的組成形式存在明顯差異：在高等哺乳動物(如貓、猴等)皮層中，執行相同生理功能的神經元聚集排列在一起，形成聚集型(clustered)功能圖譜；而在齧齒類哺乳動物(如小鼠、大鼠等)中，大腦皮層功能圖譜則呈現出分散型(“salt-and-pepper”)模式。目前對大腦皮層功能圖譜的發育起源和形成機制仍不清楚。為此，本課題通過系統性分析大腦皮層功能圖譜的形成機制、環路以及分子基礎，並結合神經疾病狀態下，大腦皮層功能圖譜異常的排列形式，從神經元發育起源的角度揭示了大腦新皮層功能圖譜的組裝形式。本研究結合譜系追蹤、四通道電生理以及雙光子在體成像技術，發現新皮層興奮性神經元的親緣關係以及空間排布方式影響了其突觸連接以及功能特性，進而調控了新皮層功能圖譜的精准組裝。具體體現在，由進行不對稱、神經發生分裂的神經幹細胞(radial glial progenitors，RGPs)所產生的姐妹神經元之間優先形成化學突觸聯繫；而由進行對稱、增殖分裂的RGPs所產生的表姐妹神經元之間則特異性地減少水平方向的突觸形成。與之相符的，水平方向排列的表姐妹神經元呈現出明顯的功能差異性，進而加劇了功能圖譜的局部異質性，致使小鼠新皮層功能圖譜表現為“salt-and-pepper”排列形式。此外，姐妹神經元的自發活動存在較高的同步性，而表姐妹神經元自發活動相對獨立。進一步研究發現，敲除成簇原鈣粘蛋白(clustered protocadherins，cPCDHs)，消除了表姐妹神經元之間的功能選擇差異，從而改變了大腦新皮層功能圖譜的組成模式。此外，唐氏綜合征小鼠大腦新皮層中因cPCDHs表達下調，導致同克隆神經元功能相似性增加，大腦皮層功能圖譜出現相對主導表徵。相反，敲除自閉症相關基因(Dyrk1a，Chd8，Fmr1)，則會導致姐妹神經元不再作為一個功能單位執行相似的功能。綜上所述，本研究發現cPCDHs介導的譜系發生過程調控

本卷中所呈現的檔案資料來自該委員會所整理的編號為 R4872 卷宗後半部分的內容。R4872 卷宗內容涉及從 1930 年開始到 1939 年期間，社會各界人士與國際聯盟鴉片運輸與社會問題(Opium Traffic and Social Questions Section)主任的信件、每月摘要和報紙文章、國際聯盟禁毒公報等。主要包括三個方面的內容：其一，國際聯盟鴉片運輸和貿易諮詢委員會與世界各地不同角色的人(例如醫生、學者、私人偵探、律師、學生、戒酒會、傳教士、國際聯盟代表、國際聯盟各部門主任、各國顧問、各國外交官)的來往信件。其二，1930 年代國內出版的《威海衛禁煙年鐫》，記載了孫璽鳳(1892—1961)接管威海後的禁毒舉措與成效，反映出南京國民政府對待毒品問題的政策、管理辦法、管理力度、參與人士等內容。其三，國際聯盟反鴉片信息局和各種國際力量(戒酒會、作家、科學家、醫生、傳教士)深入中國腹地，對毒品問題進行調查研究的報告。其中國際聯盟反鴉片信息局在國際聯盟會議上發佈的公報對於禁毒史的學術研究意義重大。檔案R4872 共有 11 個公報，被拆分到第八卷和本卷中，本卷包含 8 個公報。
