Reliability Engineering

產品如人生，有生、老、病、死等問題。就產品而言：生就是研發(R&D)、老就是退化(Degradation、病就是失效 (Failure)、死就是壽命(Life)，這些都與可靠度工程與管理技術息息相關。可靠度為產品品質的時間指標，在追求成本效益及縮短研發時程的前提下，產品可靠度技術在設計時可以分析預估(Predicable)、在製造時可以量測(Measurable)、在試驗時可以評估(Evaluable)，並可以對產品做出失效預見 (Forecast)與預防失效(Prevention)等。中華民國品質學會於民國100年間，集合國內專家撰稿發行《可靠度工程與管理手冊》第一版，提供業界「理論與實務兼顧、應用與案例並陳」的實用書籍。目前因應產業科技進步，再行發行第二版。新版本全書計二十九章，分為緒論篇、管理篇、數學篇、工程設計篇、試驗與分析篇、軟體與可靠度篇、相關技術篇及案例篇等八個部份，期望借助本手冊新版本編者、作者的奉獻，再次為業界提供切用的產品可靠度知識與訊息。
