Next-Generation MicroRNA Expression Profiling Technology

21世紀是技術飛速發展的時代，現在支氣管鏡技術已遠超當年我們用氣管鏡所能窺見的範圍，內鏡超聲技術已擴展到大氣道周圍與肺周邊病變，導航技術也可以涵蓋肺內所有病變，我將其形容為陸（大氣道）―天（大氣道周圍）―空（肺內）一體化，同時也從診斷技術向治療技術拓展。我國呼吸介入治療經過近 20年的發展，已從學步、跟跑到齊跑階段，某些技術已經處於領水平。近幾年，我致力於呼吸介入治療技術的標準化、規範化推廣，提出了許多新的理念，受到同人的認可。本書系統闡述了中央型氣道疾病診斷的“六定”法則――“854321”和晚期肺癌治療的多域整合治療策略――“54321”；並對“王氏硬質鏡插入法”、激光蝕刻技術等附以視頻，便於讀者參考。隨著肺臟介入技術的發展，單一技術已經不能滿足臨床需求，多技術整合治療（multiple technology therapies，MTT）才能充分體現以人為本的治療理念。實踐告訴我們，只有掌握了這些理論體系，才能真正成為介入治療專家。目前新技術日新月異，新的方法也不斷湧現。當我們還在憧憬 5G時代到來時，6G已擺在我們面前。人工智能（artificial intelligence，AI）、遠程醫療、區塊鏈技術、互聯網 醫療、物聯網 醫療、視聯網 醫療、元宇宙，已經為傳統醫療帶來革命性的發展和變化。分子靶向治療、免疫治療、幹細胞治療等也對傳統的手術、放療、化療帶來了顛覆性的改變。快速診斷平臺（rapid on-oiteevaluation，ROSE）和 二代測序技術（next-generation sequencing，NGS）也將使診斷和治療進入“讀秒”時代。患者的需求就是我們技術發展的動力和源泉。呼吸介入治療要有大的發展，一定要博採眾長，吸納最新的理念和技術，只有不斷創新才能駕馭未來。感謝我的同事們和學生們都積極參與了本書的編寫，這也是集體智慧的結晶。
