商品簡介
As the subtitle declares, Cicchini (criminal defense attorney) and Kusher (writer and university lecturer) present a misconception buster of a book. They enlighten at every turn as they straightforwardly address laws and legal processes. 53 chapters posed as questions are organized under topics such as: is that a crime?, sex crimes, police problems, and many other areas of interaction between the citizen and the American justice system. Beyond criminal law, matters of contracts, torts, real property, taxes and family law are elucidated. Though a disclaimer calls entertainment and enjoyment the purpose of this volume, there's much to learn here. Annotation c2010 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
