David Kairys is Professor of Law at Temple University Law School. One of the nation’s leading civil rights lawyers, he recently represented an African American FBI agent who successfully sued for racial harassment, and he argued a free speech case for Dr. Benjamin Spock before the Supreme Court. Professor Kairys is the editor of The Politics of Law.
