商品簡介
Most of the ten studies were presented at a March 2000 symposium in San Francisco, and others are by scientists in carbohydrate chemistry. They consider the artificial synthesis of what they call natural products from such perspectives as preparing levoglucosenone and converting it to novel chiral derivatives, sugar-derived building blocks for synthesizing non-carbohydrate natural products, general three-carbon chiral synthons, annulating synthons for highly hydroxylated systems, rigid polycycles and peptidomimetics from carbohydrate synthons, and synthesizing natural and unnatural products from sugar synthons.
