Most people think that "aha moments," moments of sudden insight, are unpredictable or limited only to people of genius, but in this book for general readers, Ramsland (criminal justice and forensic psychology, DeSales U.) draws on recent research in memory, left-brain and right-brain coordination, and human attention to offer a three-step method for cultivating epiphanies and creative insights on a daily basis. Stories of people in different fields, from famous scientists to ordinary people, demonstrate the principles. Annotation c2012 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
