He is the author of six books, including The Decency Wars and The Naked Employee, and has appeared on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, ABC, BBC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and MSNBC. For the past 12 years he has worked as a computer forensics expert, serving on a wide variety of cases, including stalking, copyright infringement, embezzlement, intellectual property, sexting, obscenity, and child pornography. He is the former chairman of the Burlington School Board. He lives in Burlington, Vermont.
