She (biblical studies, Melbourne School of Theology, Australia) takes Hebrews 9:22-23 as a case study to show the author's use of analogy of being or logic to explain Jesus' priestly ministry in heaven. Indeed, he argues, the author has used analogy to construct Christology in light of his interpretive relationship between the Old and New Covenant systems of worship, which involved the comparison of two sanctuaries, two priesthoods, and their related sacrifices. He considers in turn the descriptive and prescriptive use of Exodus in Hebrews. The study is revised from his 2008 doctoral dissertation at the Dallas Theological Seminary, Texas. King L. She earned his Th.M. and PhD degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. He is currently a lecturer of Biblical Studies at Melbourne School of Theology, Australia. His research interests are in the area of Greek exegesis, autopistic systematic theology and hermeneutics.
