His formal training in engineering, business administration, and project management are complemented by 30 years of experience that has evolved through mainframe, client/server, and web platforms. Patrick has enjoyed attending the Oracle Development Tools User Group (ODTUG) conferences where he has been a regular presenter. His Oracle experience dates back to the early 1990s.
