商品簡介
Editor Frick (educational theory and policy, The Pennsylvania State University) gathers critical essays on ethical and moral issues in educational administration. The book begins with an original conceptual framework for a professional ethic for educational leadership, then looks at analytical considerations for a professional ethic, based on the student's-best-interest construct, and reports on selected empirical findings. The last set of essays applies the ethical framework to contemporary issues in PreK-12 education, such as high-stakes testing and undocumented students.
