商品簡介
One-time Central Intelligence Agency analyst Ross (Naval War Academy) focuses on the truly revolutionary military aspects of the French Revolution rather than the more vaunted political, social, and cultural aspects. With maps, a chronology of significant military and diplomatic events (1792-1802), entries from the battle of the Aar River to that of Zurichberg, and a topical bibliography, he provides context on the European expansion of revolutionary France including, but going beyond, the superstars of Napoleon, Lord Nelson, et al.
