作者簡介

Susanne Groom is Curator of Collections at Historic Royal Palaces, London. She is the co-author of Kew Palace: The Official Illustrated History (Merrell, 2006).

Heston Blumenthal is a chef and the owner of The Fat Duck, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Bray, Berkshire. He has presented several TV shows and is the author of numerous cookery books.
