Transforming Education ― Global Perspectives, Experiences and Implications

Looking at individual countries and cross-country comparisons, international contributors in education, Latin American studies, and educational leadership explore national and global trends in educational transformation in Australia, Africa, Asia, Europe, and North and South America. Addressing both macro and micro factors associated with transforming education in various cultural and political contexts around the world, they deal with issues of equity in educational access and the impact of reform on teachers' attitudes.
